Sorry Government,
No more tracking. No more listening in on our late night phone calls. The Cypher cell has end-to-end encryption, extensive battery life that will last for days in any bunker, no social media (sorry Zuckerberg), AND a self destruct button if necessary.

Our comms strategy was to expose mobile phone surveillance through our executions. We did this through a real-time satellite tracking billboard, and real data from a leaked government surveillance report found in the NY times.

Launch
The brand's ambassador is none other than America’s sweetheart - Edward Snowden. The man. The myth. The legend. A true conspiracy theorist's hero. To prove he uses the Cypher Cell, we’ll launch with an activation where you can call him yourself.

We then spread the message through the most off-grid media to date: The Newspaper. But with a twist. We added a redacted sheet and our foil-lined ad can be ripped out and used as a phone pouch to protect from tracking while you wait for your Cypher Cell.

A NEW MINIMALIST PHONE
We were tasked to create a minimalist phone, designed to be the fabulous solution for a de-cluttered, digital-free lifestyle. Problem is, 95% of people won’t buy them. Turns out, our tech savvy population prefer to be constantly plugged in.
As one report said “these phones will only work for the paranoid 5% who actually want to go underground". So that’s exactly who we created this phone for. Behold, the Cypher Cell. A minimalist phone for American conspiracy theorists.
