Rejected Ales

Head Brewer, Phil Sexton, rejected 27 batches of beer before landing on the perfect recipe for Matilda Bay's Original Pale Ale. There was nothing wrong with those beers of course. Heck, they'd give any other craft beer a run for its money. They just weren't good enough for Phil. The Goldilocks of craft brewers.

So to stand out in a cluttered beer market, we proved how good Matilda Bay's Ale was, by releasing every batch they rejected.
